The Chamber Leadership Academy, a program of the Westmoreland County Chamber Educational Foundation, brings together the Chamber’s premier leadership initiatives under one umbrella.
The Foundation was founded in 2015 and is a 501c3 charitable non-profit. This academy includes Leadership Westmoreland, which equips professionals with the skills to lead with vision and impact; Youth Leadership Westmoreland, which prepares the next generation of community leaders; and FUEL, the Chamber’s young professionals group that connects and empowers emerging talent across the region. Together, these programs create a pathway for leadership growth at every stage of life and career, fostering a stronger, more engaged Westmoreland County.
Our Mission
The mission of the Westmoreland County Chamber of Commerce Education Foundation, Inc. is to foster development of future Westmoreland County leaders by empowering individuals to learn, grow and lead through an education experience designed to enhance community awareness, networking and leadership skills. In addition, the corporation will focus its time and resources on providing scholarships and funding programs related to enhancing student and workforce development through a variety of initiatives throughout the corporation’s service area.
The Chamber Leadership Academy, established in 2025, serves as the overarching program for four distinct leadership sub-programs.

The Leadership Academy is an open public program. Participation in any Chamber Leadership Academy program is available to all individuals, regardless of Chamber membership.
