2025 Member of the Year – Linda O’Bryan

Linda O’Bryan, Sales Director at Penneco Outdoor Advertising, is a driving force within the Westmoreland County Chamber of Commerce and a dynamic presence in the local community. As a dedicated Chamber member for over 13½ years, Linda has been a consistent and enthusiastic participant in Chamber activities, rarely missing ribbon cuttings, bashes, Wake Up Westmoreland events, or volunteer opportunities—most recently at the Chamber’s annual golf outing. In just the first half of 2025 alone, she attended more than 15 Chamber events.

For over six years, Linda has served as a Chamber Ambassador, bringing her extensive knowledge and warm personality to every new member she meets. Her passion lies in creating welcoming experiences for new members, understanding that a strong first impression often sets the tone for their long-term success. Her commitment has extended into leadership, serving in the past as Chair of the Ambassador Committee.

Linda’s influence reaches beyond her Ambassador role. She’s an active member of Women of Westmoreland, continually encouraging other women to get involved and grow through connection and collaboration. She has sponsored numerous Chamber luncheons and has been a major sponsor for several of the Chamber’s flagship events. She’s also shared her voice and values as a featured speaker at the Westmoreland County Chamber Prayer Breakfast.

But Linda’s service doesn’t end there. She is also deeply involved in other organizations that uplift the community. She’s a dedicated member of the Greensburg Rotary, where she was honored with the prestigious Paul Harris Award. Additionally, she has served as Secretary of her local BNI chapter and is an active volunteer at her church as a member of the choir as well as the ladies fellowship group Rooted & Redeemed.

Linda is not someone who joins a committee once and moves on—she leads, mentors, and continues to give long after her term ends. Her genuine compassion, community spirit, and tireless advocacy for the Chamber make her an invaluable asset—and a truly deserving winner this year.
