For the month of December, The Westmoreland County Chamber of Commerce is excited to honor Authentic Perspectives Psychological & Consulting Services as this month’s Chamber Champion.

Authentic Perspectives was established about three years ago by their Owner and Psychologist, Dr. Krista Boyer, with a mission to invest in the well-being of others and create sustainable communities by empowering individuals and organizations with the skills to create authentic, sustainable growth.

Dr. Boyer is a Westmoreland County native and Seton Hill University graduate. She proudly calls Westmoreland County & Greensburg home, and even met her husband at Seton Hill, where she currently teaches courses at. It’s important to Dr. Boyer and Authentic Perspectives to support our entire community through counseling, psychological assessments, leadership development, and much more. A main goal of theirs is to develop meaningful and long-standing partnerships with other organizations where they can collaborate as much as possible to help our local communities. All of the services that Authentic Perspectives offers is evidence-based, and has science backed studies behind them.

The clinicians on the Authentic Perspectives staff are mostly former students that Dr. Boyer has taught at Seton Hill and have wonderful relationships with each other. Currently, they are in the process of expanding their office space and adding clinicians to help better serve the community.

Fun Fact: Authentic Perspectives hosts their own Podcast called “Authentically You”, which can be found on Spotify. They typically release two episodes per month.
