Express Employment’s involvement includes participation in numerous Chamber events and committees, including leadership roles within FUEL (Focus, Unite, Engage, Lead), the Chamber’s young professional’s organization. Through FUEL, their team helps create opportunities for professional development, networking, volunteerism, and community engagement for emerging leaders throughout Westmoreland County. Express Employment is also proud to serve on numerous Chamber committees, helping support programs, events, and initiatives that contribute to the growth and success of our local business community.

Community service is a core part of who Express Employment Professionals are. Throughout the year, Express hosts and supports a variety of donation drives and community outreach efforts that benefit local organizations and families in need. From collecting school supplies for students, toys during the holiday season, personal care items, food donations, and other charitable contributions, they are committed to giving back to the communities that support all of us.

In addition to community involvement, they regularly participate in career fairs, workforce development programs, student career exploration events, educational presentations, and local business initiatives. They believe in helping individuals understand the many career paths available to them and providing the resources needed to achieve their goals.
